The Baleen Max F.E. RJPAC high performance cartridges are manufactured with activated Coconut Shell carbon block media with removal ratings from 10µ, down to 0.5µ. By combining the use of Coconut Shell carbon media and the implementation of the lower micron removal ratings, we are able to offer an excellent product line that is perfect for removal of fine sediment like silt, sand, rust, and other sediment particles while simultaneously treating for reduction in fowl tastes, odors, chlorine, and VOC’s. The activated carbon block media is encompassed by a mesh and the endcaps seal all components together. Creating a unified product that holds in any carbon fines that may possibly be released from the block.

All components of this product line have been NSF certified and comply with FDA regulations for potable drinking water.
