RJMPP Polypropylene Pleated Membrane Filter Cartridges

  • Absolute and Nominal filtration ratings
  • Both Economic and Premium PP Membrane options
  • Multiple membranes with graded filtration pore sizes
  • Long service life

The Baleen Max F.E. RJMPP filter cartridges are constructed with Polypropylene (PP) pleated membrane filtration media offered in both economical and premium options. With multiple membrane layers offering a graded pore filtration system to increase dirt holding capacities to ensure higher flow rates and lower pressure drops. The continuous pleated design combined with our membrane technology brings a large surface filtration area with a superior retention efficiency. All components are thermo-fused together providing a product line with no fiber breakaway, no leaching pollutants, and a wide chemical compatibility.

The RJMPP pleated membrane products have a wide array of applications including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Chemical Process
    • RG Class Chemical Filtration (Reagent Pure Water 99.9%)
    • Acidic and Alkali solutions, precision chemical
  • Electrical and Electronic
    • Pre Filtration for DI Water, RO, and Membrane
    • Pre-processing of alkali solutions
  • Food and Beverage
    • Milk
    • Beer
